There are only (5) CAC stickered coins at the F15 level. This is a key date of the series, in case you didn't know. The 1913-S quarter is really rare in higher grades. In lower grade, it is not the rarest of coins in the series. BUT - when you start climbing, the populations get thin and the dollars get huge! Even at $7800, this might still be undervalued.
