I've debated long and hard about whether to send this to CAC. Personally, I think the eye appeal is there. I'm not bothered too much about the marks on the neck, as I think they are in line with MS63. I'd like to see a little more luster, but overall the coin shines well in hand. Lastly, at this price point, I'm not sure the sticker submission makes a lot of sense economically. Therefore, it offers good value to someone at this level. It is a premium example, in my opinion.
