There were only 13,100 of these were made in $20 Double Eagle minting in Carson City Nevada. This mintage is about half or less of the mintage for following years. There are only (4) years of $20 gold coins in Carson City with lower mintages. There are really only a couple hundred of these graded today at the various companies, with less than 50 CAC coins at VF30 or above. This is a keeper!
